The Legal Group

The Legal Group shall consist of persons with adequate legal experience as either current or former Judges, Attorneys, Law Professors and Constitutional Scholars in good standing, one or more of which who should be a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, and shall have a primary duty of discussing matters of law concerning the policies and programs of the Association.

Members of the Legal Group will also assist the American Militia Association with the development of our educational curriculum on matters of Constitutional law, including the continuous examination of statutes, regulations and court decisions.

Not all members of this group represent the Association as professional legal counsel, and as such, those members have no liability for the advice and experiences they lend to the Association by their role on this subcommittee.
